Why We Created Our Own Health Testing Standard
Since there isn’t an official health testing standard for Goldendoodles yet, we combined the recommended tests from both parent breeds — Golden Retrievers and Poodles. Both breeds have known health concerns in areas like hips, elbows, eyes, heart, and thyroid, so we made sure to include tests for all of these.
By doing this, we created a thorough, responsible health testing standard to help prevent common genetic problems and ensure your puppy is as healthy as possible. This way, you can feel confident knowing your Utah Doodle is bred with care, using the best practices from both sides.
