Duration: Payments are spread over 12 months, starting from the date of puppy pickup.
Payment Amount: The remaining balance after any down payment is divided equally by 12.
Early Payment: You may pay off the balance early or make additional payments at any time without penalty.
Down Payment: A larger down payment may be made at pickup to reduce monthly payments.
Scope: The payment plan applies only to the puppy's purchase price, not to additional services or add-ons.

Required Information: Two forms of identification and date of birth are required.
Accepted IDs: Driver’s license, two forms of proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement), or school ID. Social Security Number or passport are accepted but not preferred.
Data Protection: All personal information is securely stored in compliance with Utah law.

Due Date: Payments are due between the 1st and 5th of each month.
Grace Period: If the puppy is picked up within 10 days before the 1st, the first payment is due the following month. Otherwise, the first payment is due the next 1st-5th after pickup.
Late Payment Penalties:
$50 if payment is received after the 5th.
$100 if payment is received after the 10th.
$150 if payment is received after the 15th.
Non-Payment: Failure to make payments may result in legal action to recover the remaining balance, and Utah Goldendoodles reserves the right to repossess the puppy, subject to applicable Utah law.

If you choose to rehome, surrender, or transfer ownership of the puppy for any reason, you remain responsible for paying the full remaining balance of the payment plan.

By entering the payment plan, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. You will fill out an application before puppies is picked up (after in unique cases). Utah Doodles reserves the right to refuse or terminate a payment plan if terms are not met.
