Shipping Details
All shipping will be done through Utah Reproduction. Shipping costs cover equipment, boxing, and overnight fees to ensure your puppy arrives safely. Refunds are not available if delays occur due to UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service, as these are beyond our control. Such delays are rare but possible.

• $300: Next-day shipping per shipment

• $350: Next-day early shipping per shipment

• The stud fee covers two rounds of sperm, shipping is charged separately per round. TCI typically only requires one shipment. AI typically requires two rounds but it is up to you.

Our Stud Service Guarantee

At Utah Doodles, we believe in keeping things clear and simple — even in a business where outcomes can vary. That’s why we offer a straightforward stud service guarantee for all clients, both in and out of state.

For Out-of-State Clients

To qualify for our guarantee:

• Progesterone testing must be performed the same day semen is shipped

• The test must confirm the female is ready to breed

• Once you receive the results, send a clear photo via text to our team

• Once confirmed, we’ll prepare the shipment for same-day dispatch

For In-State Clients

You have more flexibility:

• Progesterone testing can be done at any location

• To activate the guarantee, schedule a same-day progesterone test at Utah Reproduction on breeding day

• This test costs $80 and includes free side-by-side insemination services

Skipping this step is okay, but the guarantee will not apply.

What the Guarantee Covers

• One or more puppies qualifies as a successful litter

• If your female does not take, we offer one free rebreed

• To qualify, submit veterinary confirmation of a missed pregnancy (with exam results)

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

• No rebreed if all puppies are lost due to a C-section

• Singleton litters are not eligible for a rebreed

• Loss due to unexpected events such as illness, injury, or complications is not covered

• The guarantee is limited to two total attempts — no third rebreeding is offered for free or at a discount

• At Utah Doodles, we’ve spent over a decade perfecting the stud service process. To keep things fair and organized for all clients, we offer two types of deposits to reserve your preferred stud: Standard Deposit: 10% of the total stud fee, non-refundable but applied toward your final balance. Holds your spot for 18 days unless your female stalls. Helps prevent overbooking while giving you time to complete testing and confirm timing. Advanced Deposit: 20% of the total stud fee, paid in advance. Ideal for clients who want to secure a specific stud the moment their female comes into heat. Guarantees priority scheduling and flexibility during your female’s heat cycle.
  Scheduling and Availability: Our stud calendar rolls forward daily. If another client requests the same stud, we will reach out to you first to confirm your female is in heat and allow a 3-day grace window before reassigning the stud. This system ensures clear communication, avoids double-bookings, and keeps everything running smoothly.
  Payment Options: We accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay. All deposits are non-refundable and go directly toward your final stud fee.
