Fees and What's Included

• One flat price of $1500 covers all services.

• Local breeding: Two free progesterone tests plus two free artificial inseminations or one transcervical insemination.

• Shipping: One chilled semen shipment with next-day delivery direct to your vet. We cover collection, evaluation, extender, and shipping costs for the first shipment.

• Extra services: Additional progesterone tests at $50 each with Utah Reproduction. Second shipment at $300 with Utah Reproduction. We do not cover progesterone tests for shipping clients.

• Deposit $150 (non-refundable, transferable). Please reach out as soon as you notice your female is in heat so we can schedule.

• Full amount due before shipment.

Our Guarantee

Starting January 1, 2026, We guarantee live puppies surviving the first 24 hours as follows:

• One or more live puppies if your female weighs 25 pounds or less. Two or more live puppies if your female weighs over 25 pounds.

• If your female does not conceive or the litter has fewer live puppies than guaranteed, we offer a free repeat service on her next heat cycle with the same stud.

• For re-breed shipping: $300 per shipment (up to two shipments).

• For local re-breed: Insemination fees covered for free. Progesterone testing not covered.

• Re-breed is only eligible on the next heat cycle after the original breeding. Only one free repeat breeding.

• To qualify: Email ultrasound or x-ray results (or both) from your veterinarian to drcoleman@utahreproduction.com showing no pregnancy or small litter.

• Text us within 96 hours of your female going into heat for the re-breed so we can schedule properly. (This helps ensure availability; if the stud has another female scheduled, it would not affect the guarantee.)

Your Responsibilities as Female Owner

• Confirm your female is in heat and has a plan in place for progesterone testing results.

  • Local: Utah Reproduction

  • Shipping: Find a local vet that provides Progesterone Testing

• Notify us as soon as you receiver Progesterone Test Results. Shipping clients, try to schedule earlier in the day with your vet so we can plan shipments.

• Notify us of pregnancy confirmation and litter size within one week of birth

• List Utah Doodles as the stud provider in all litter ads or website listings

Our Responsibilities

• All studs and health results will be displayed on their page, link under image.

• We can typically collect within one hour at our clinic for fast service.

• We provide semen evaluation and quality extender on site. Upon request we can send results.

Other Terms

• We reserve the right to refuse service if documents are missing or false.

• No guarantees on exact litter size, puppy traits, or conception beyond the repeat service.

• If disputes arise, we agree to mediate first. This policy follows Utah laws.
